BNHub broker collaboration & commission agreement
1. Identification of parties
- Platform: BNHub
- Broker: licensed real estate professional
2. Object / purpose and duration
The Broker participates in lead distribution, collaboration, and commission tracking on platform terms.
3. Collaboration (not opposition)
Brokers introduced through the platform are collaborators in a transparent process. They must co-operate in good faith, present offers promptly where applicable, and communicate material disclosures in time. Brokers must not treat platform-originated contacts as adversarial solely by reason of platform introduction.
4. ImmoContact and traceability
The Broker acknowledges that platform-originated ImmoContact and related logs may evidence first contact, messages, and lead origin. Bypassing platform-originated contacts to avoid traceability or agreed remuneration is prohibited.
5. Lead distribution & commission
The Platform may assign leads and apply split or referral rules defined in platform settings. The Broker declares transactions originating from the Platform as required.
6. Broker duties (reminders)
- Disclosure of material facts in a timely manner
- Verification encouragement where appropriate
- Objective, professional advice consistent with licence rules
- Transparency about remuneration and conflicts where required by law
7. Payment terms
- Commissions are tracked via the Platform.
- Payment obligations must be respected.
8. Platform rights
The Platform may suspend access, reassign leads, or enforce compliance for breach of these terms.
9. Dispute resolution
Where a dispute arises, parties are encouraged to use internal platform review when available. Conciliation or mediation may be appropriate. Arbitration applies only if provided for in a signed agreement and permitted by law. Court access and statutory rights remain subject to applicable law; these terms do not override mandatory protections.
10. Governing law & interpretation
These terms are interpreted in light of applicable brokerage and consumer law. Headings are for convenience.
11. Acceptance
By joining the Platform, Broker accepts these terms.
