Terms of Service

1. Platform role

LECIPM (operated by Mashhour Investments) is an intermediary technology platform only. We provide software, marketplace tooling, and connectivity between users, hosts, brokers, mortgage professionals, and other participants. We are not a party to your lease, purchase, sale, or professional engagement unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

2. User responsibilities

You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for your conduct and for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including those in Québec and Canada. You must not use the platform for fraud, misrepresentation, harassment, discrimination, or illegal activity.

3. Broker and real estate professionals

Persons offering or holding out brokerage or agency services in Québec in connection with real estate must be duly licensed by the OACIQ (or other regulator where applicable) and must comply with professional standards. The platform may verify, restrict, or remove accounts that do not meet eligibility requirements.

4. Commissions, platform fees, and non-circumvention

Where a transaction, lead, booking, or referral is subject to platform commissions, service fees, or revenue share, you agree those fees apply as disclosed at the time of the transaction or in your hub-specific terms.

Users agree not to circumvent the platform to avoid applicable fees or commissions. Without limiting other remedies, if a transaction or client relationship was initiated, negotiated, identified, or introduced through the platform, applicable platform commissions or fees may still be due even if the deal is completed offline, through a third party, or after contact is moved off-platform.

5. Payments

Payments may be processed by Stripe or other approved processors. You authorize us and our processors to charge applicable amounts according to the checkout or billing flow presented to you. You are responsible for providing valid payment methods and for applicable taxes where collected.

6. User content ownership and license

Users retain ownership of listings, descriptions, photos, and other content they upload. By uploading content, you represent you have the rights to do so and you grant LECIPM a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, reproduce (for technical delivery), and promote such content in connection with operating and marketing the platform.

7. AI-generated insights

AI tools, estimates, summaries, and recommendations are informational only. They do not constitute legal, tax, financial, or investment advice. Always consult qualified professionals before decisions.

8. Brand and trademark

The names LECIPM, Mashhour Investments, logos, trade dress, and associated branding are protected. Unauthorized use of branding, logos, or identity is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law (including Québec consumer law where it applies), the platform and its operators, affiliates, and personnel are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the platform. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Moderation and administrative control

We may remove or restrict content, suspend or terminate accounts, and take technical or legal steps where we reasonably believe there is a violation of law, these terms, or risk to users or the platform. BNHub, brokerage, mortgage, and other hubs may have additional rules.

11. Québec and general compliance

The platform is offered from Québec, Canada. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Province of Québec, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would require another jurisdiction’s law, subject to non-waivable consumer protections.

12. Changes and contact
